Student Scholarships

This year EAAP is delighted to be able to offer financial support for students to attend the conference. There will be scholarships available to students to partly fund their travel, accommodation and conference fees.

If you would like to apply for a scholarship to attend the 36th EAAP Conference in September 2026, please complete the application form.

As part of your application, you will be asked to provide:

• An up-to-date CV

• A letter of referral from an academic staff member (e.g. lecturer, tutor, or course leader) confirming your current enrolment and course of study. (For your convenience a template is provided for you to download within the form above)

• A short, written response (max. 250 words) to the following question:
"What steps have you taken to engage with the aviation industry and deepen your understanding of it?"
(This does not need to be formal work experience – we're interested in how you've actively explored the field and your motivation to learn more.)
