Information for Presenters and Authors
Authors are invited to submit their contributions within the scope of the 34th EAAP conference. All contributions must be of high quality, original, and must not have been previously published or intended for publication elsewhere.

Abstracts
Abstracts for submission should be written in English and not exceed 350 words.
Please use: Times New Roman 12pt, justified, single line spacing, spacing before: 0pt, spacing after: 6pt (download a template)
When preparing your abstract keep in mind that the EAAP scientific committee will use your abstract for evaluating your submission and deciding whether it will be approved for the conference programme.
Full Papers for Conference Proceedings (TEMPLATE)
Authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation will be invited to submit a full paper. Full papers will be reviewed by the
scientific programme committee including at least two independent reviewers. If accepted, the full paper will be published in the conference proceedings with a DOI (see information below on conference proceedings)

Proceedings will be published with Elsevier Transport Research Procedia. Use of the
Elsevier template for full papers
is mandatory.
FAQ/ Guidelines to Elsevier template
All full papers prepared in the Elsevier template submitted on time will be included in the draft electronic conference proceedings available for all participants on site. The final version of the proceedings (ISBN registered) will be published with Elsevier Transport Research Procedia within six months after the conference.

Poster
Authors of abstracts selected as a poster should prepare their poster in A0 format (1189x841 mm2) using portrait (vertical) layout. Posters should follow the empirical paper structure (title, authors, affiliation, introduction, method, results, discussion, references).
Please print your poster prior to the conference!
Best Poster Prize
All posters will be evaluated by a scientific committee based on:
- Quality of Research & Analysis (10 points)
- Organisation of Thoughts (10 points)
- Documentation (10 points)
- Visual Appeal (10 points)
- Readability (10 points)
- Delivery during poster session (10 points)
The best poster will be awarded a substantial prize!
