Please note:

- Attendance for one day only does not include the gala dinner (a separate ticket will be required).
Discounts
- A 50% discount will be given to every 3rd and 4th participant from the same organisation.
- For employees and/or board members of EAAP Corporate Members, the reduced EAAP member rate will apply.
- Members of the Australian Aviation Psychology Association (AAvPA) are eligible for the EAAP member discount!
Please note: Participants can only apply for one of the discounts above, even if multiple offers are applicable.
Special Offer Membership
Non-EAAP members attending the conference may apply to become an EAAP member upon conference registration. A special price of EUR 98 (students EUR 49) covering EAAP membership for 2024 and 2025 will then apply. This will also allow you to immediately profit from the lower conference fees for EAAP members.
Please note this special offer can only be used once!
To choose this special offer please complete the Online Application Form on the EAAP website before 1st September 2024. Consult the EAAP website for membership categories. The special offer will not apply if we do not receive your online application together with your registration.
Payment Instructions
Upon online registration you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. All conference fees can be paid online.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the fees minus EUR 100 will be refunded for cancellation before 15th August 2024. Cancellation between 15th August and 12th September 2024 will result in a deduction of EUR 240 from the refund.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation on or after 12th September 2024.
Student Scholarships
This year EAAP is delighted to be able to offer financial support for students to attend the conference. There will be scholarships available to students to partly fund their travel, accommodation and conference fees.
